I don't know the english translation of this movie. (Didn't trust google about the translation for this)
I knew that Hiroshi Fujioka is already an actor before Kamen Rider but I didn't know that 3 years before KR, he had already played as a protagonist.

I found out the title. The title is "Chiisana sunakku"
The title seems to translate as, "The tiny snack", with "Snack" being a small cafe with flirty waitresses, which were prevalent in the sixties and seventies(some good examples are the "Snack Gone" from Himitsu Sentai Goranger, and the "Snack Amigo" in the early episodes of Kamen Rider).
